Chilly Morning in Dry Fork

It was a cold morning when I ventured out to shoot this frame. Dry Fork Canyon, near Vernal, Utah, is one of my favorite places to hike and spend time looking for images to take. There’s always a new angle to view as you hike along the trail that edges the stream. The lighting changes dramatically throughout the days and months, providing an opportunity to return again and again to catch all the moods of the canyon.
